Penarth Ladies Hockey Club has a thriving junior section for girls in year 4 and above. Training is held at Stanwell School, Penarth on Tuesdays during school terms. Boys are welcome in U10 age group.

Tuesday training times are as follows:

5.00 to 6.00 - Under 10 and Under 12 (year 4 to 7)
6.00 to 7:00 - Under 14 to Under 18 (year 8 to 13)
7.00 to 8.15 - Development / 4th team senior training
