We are hugely proud of our first team's achievements.
Penarth Ladies first team are past Welsh Cup winners and represented Wales in European competitions on more than 10 separate occasions!

The 1st team were promoted from the South Wales League to the West of England Premier league in 2019_20 and in our first season in the new league achieved an amazing 2nd place! We were promoted to Conference West for the 2021-23 seasons but moved back to the West Premier division for 2023-24. We welcome new members at any time!

In addition we represented Wales clubs at the Indoor European Trophy Cup held in Poland in Feb 2024.
